Having collaborated on the award winning Glasshouse Restaurant at Goonoo Goonoo Station, Emma Lee & Brenden Chase Rudd, owner and founder of Chase Projects, are approaching this design challenge as a creative melting pot limited only by the site constraints.

Brenden & Katie purchased the ocean view property in 2012 and partially renovated it with designs by Watershed Design before leasing the house while they renovated another home.  

Fast forward five years, living back in the house now with three young children in tow,  they love the location and want to create a striking forever home, tailor made for the way they want to live.

Dedicated to entertaining and maximising views on this wedge shaped site, the main living level includes curved sunken lounges, and a large kitchen island. Creating connected indoor outdoor living spaces are central to the concept design.

The other levels accommodate bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry and garaging that transition across the steeply sloping site, and integrating parts of the original renovations.
